Delete your ReVibe account

You can delete your ReVibe account and personal data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open ReVibe and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

Email support@revibecy.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos, listings, likes, messages and push notification tokens are deleted.
• Order and payment records are kept for 6 years, as required by Cyprus tax law, in a form that no longer shows your profile. Records required by EU tax reporting rules (DAC7) are kept for the period the law requires.

Before you delete

• You cannot delete your account while you have an order in progress. Wait until it is completed or cancelled.
• Withdraw any remaining Balance to your bank account first.
